Wednesday Weekend Roundup

It’s the freakin’ weekend (almost)! Here’s the roundup of this weekend’s best on-campus events.

Torn Ticket II Spring Major Into the Woods

Thursday March 26 – Saturday March 28, 8pm, Cohen Auditorium

Tickets are free

When a Baker and his Wife learn they’ve been cursed with childlessness by the Witch next door, they embark on a quest for the special objects (a cow as white as milk, a cape as red as blood, hair as yellow as corn, a slipper as pure as gold … ) required to break the spell by swindling, lying to, and stealing from Jack (of the Beanstalk), Little Red Ridinghood, Rapunzel, and Cinderella. As favorite fairytale characters embark into the woods and have their wishes granted, the consequences of their actions, foolishness, and naivety return to haunt them later with disastrous results.
