Merilla and Rachel’s Sexytime Playlist

We know you’re all excited to celebrate the 97th anniversary of the Soviet Union adopting the Gregorian Calendar this February 14th. However, in case you weren’t aware, this Saturday also happens to be Valentine’s Day. Personally, our ideal Valentine’s Day would include professing our love to tons of cheap Chinese food while watching The Jimmy Timmy Power Hour. But in case you actually want to spend this day/weekend with someone else romantically, we have whipped up the ultimate playlist to get you and your Valentine ~*in the mood*~.

1. Lemme Smang it (2010)
We’d like to start this playlist off with a….smang.

2. Romantic Love Songs – Opera (2013)
It’s all in the title: a collection of the most romantic songs from various operas. Coming in at a little over an hour, this would be the perfect background music for an intellectual conversation about potatoes. Or politics. Or anything else that starts with a “p”.

3. Kidz Bop Kids: Lips of an Angel (2011)
We’re throwing it back to Kidz Bop 11. This song has it all: harmonies, a children’s choir, a pre-pubescent boy whose voice just dropped, “kids” spelled with a “z” at the end. What more could you ask for?

4. Tight Pants / Body Rolls (2010)
Watch this video for a nice confidence boost before a date. All you need are some tight pants and a willingness to roll your body…fiercely.

5. Metamorphosis (2008)
The sole reason for our sexual awakening.

6. Friday (2011)
In preparation for the big day (which is tomorrow!), you should just acknowledge that it’s Friday. Also, you should dance, because this song has rockin’ beat.

So, there you have it: our essential playlist to get through Valentine’s Day.

Stay weird, y’all.
